For Sellers, this means we will assess your home to determine changes if any that should be considered to maximize the value and the price you can get for your home.

For Buyers, this means we help you identify, and determine, if the value matches the offer and provide information and insight to negotiable items.

We know that just giving our opinion and advice isn’t enough; we have to help with the process. We need to provide resource recommendations and specifics in order to execute the changes to your home.

For Sellers, this means we help you to know what to do to create your home’s highest value. If that requires an update, we can help you find a vendor to do it and pick out colors or materials if needed.

For Buyers, this means we make sure you see in your potential new home the items that could impact the value and we will follow-up and follow through with the homeowner to negotiate a change or concession.
